Her professional background spans a wide range of sectors, from manufacturing and engineering to IT, banking, and consultancy. This breadth of experience shaped a broader perspective on how people and organisations grow, adapt, and build stronger foundations in practice.
After moving to the UK, she continued her consultancy work through Wthinku Training and Consultancy. She supports senior professionals, founders, and growing teams, helping them bring greater clarity, structure, and credibility to Global Talent, founder growth, and market-entry decisions through her Career Architecture approach.

She has over 8 years of immigration experience and is also a registered lawyer in Turkey. Her work centres on route fit, case strategy, documentation logic, and continuity across the wider immigration process.
After moving to the UK herself, she experienced firsthand that immigration is rarely just about forms or legal procedure. It often involves major decisions, uncertainty, and the need to build a secure long-term future within a new system. That experience continues to shape the way she approaches each case and ultimately led her to establish Leading Immigration Ltd.
